Ingredients
  • Avocado (ripe) 1 whole
  • Plant based milk 200 ml
  • Chia seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oats 1 tbsp
  • Agave 1 tbsp
  • A few leaves of fresh mint
Method

1. Add peeled avocado, plant-based milk, agave, oats into a large smoothie glass. 2. Blend for a few seconds until smooth. 3. Add mint and chia seeds. Blend for a few seconds. Ready!
