Ingredients
  • Large bunch of fresh basil 1
  • Almonds 1 handful
  • Pine nuts 1 handful
  • Extra virgin olive oil 6 tbsp
  • Celtic sea salt for taste
  • Black pepper for taste
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Method

1. I a medium size bowl add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and lemon juice. 2. Blend for a minute until smooth. 3. Add almonds and pine seeds. Blend for ten seconds. 4. Add extra salt and pepper if needed 5. Serve with freshly cooked pasta or a dip.
